4p's URL Expander
4p's URL Expander is a simple and useful Chrome add-on that allows you to expand shortened URLs with just a right-click. Developed by 4p, this free tool provides a convenient way to uncover the destination of shortened or suspicious links.
With 4p's URL Expander, you can easily reveal the full URL behind a shortened link without actually opening it. Simply right-click on the link and select the "Expand" option to see where the link would take you. This add-on utilizes the expandurl.com service to show the redirects of the link in a new tab.
The developer, Gregg Hilferding, created this add-on to fulfill the need for a working right-click URL expander. As long as the expandurl service remains active, this add-on should function perfectly on most versions of Chrome.
Please note that there is a limitation of 100 expands per hour to prevent abuse of the service. However, for regular users, this should not pose a significant inconvenience.
